Losing It ~ Week 7

Oh goodness! I barely squeaked by with a .2 lb. loss.  I am so happy to see a loss, but a bit disappointed it is not bigger. I have worked so hard this week! Since last Fridays weigh in I have done 3 hours & 45 minutes of Book Camp classes, 1 hour of Zumba and 2 hours of cardio… plus eaten very healthy. My body is just not releasing the weight and it is frustrating.  But hey, 7 lbs in 7 weeks is nothing to whine about!

2012 Losing It ~ Week 6

Yah! Another Loss! I am down 1.2 lbs again! That brings my loss for the year down to 6.8 lbs. I am really happy to see a loss because last week was a yo-yo. On my Monday weigh in for my 12 week contest I didn’t show a loss… so I must have gained the 1.2 lbs back over the weekend. But I apparently lost that plus the additional 1.2 lbs. I am hoping to stay focused this weekend and not have any sort of gain so I can show a loss at my contest weigh in Monday.

2012 Losing It ~ Week 5

This week is down again! Yah! So happy about that! I am really excited to be on my 5th straight week of a recorded loss!  I am not feeling very well today and am running behind… so I will just leave you with the numbers! 2012 Losing It ~ Week 4

Yah! I had a loss this week! Yippee! I am happy with the loss based on my calories and activity this week! I am hoping for a larger loss this next week as I ramp up my activity level with this contest I am doing.  I am still struggling with calories and being hungry a lot so I am planning for more veggies this week to fill up my stomach. I think I have typically associated that stuffed, heavy feeling in the stomach with being “full” and when I don’t feel that way I want to eat more.
