Well Ladies… 107down has a new home! Woot Woot!
Anyways, I am still working out the kinks and trying to figure out how to import my previous posts and comments from Blogger (Figured it out! Whhhooo!), but I thought I would switch over right now in case they never get the “bug” fixed that is preventing me from importing my old posts.
This has been a good week for me… I started the Couch to 5k training program and I did the first week all 3 days of run/walk combo.
Here is my Exercise:
Saturday: none-camping
Sunday: none-camping
Monday: Day 1, Week 1 – Couch to 5k program
Tuesday: None…. so sore!
Wednesday: Day 2, Week 1 – Couch to 5k program
Thursday: 20 minute walk
Friday (today): Day 3, Week 1 Couch to 5k program
I however did not lose weight. Exactly the same as the last 2 weeks. ugh!
STATS:
Last Weeks Weight: 240.4
Beginning Weight: 251.1
Loss to Date: 10.7 lbs.
Today’s Weight: 240.4
Weekly Loss: 0
Last Weeks Goals
#1. Food Journal – not so hot… probably about 50%
#2. Consistently do couch to 5k training. – I did all three days! Woot, woot!

Congrats on the three days of training! Don’t give up – weight loss plateaus happen (hubby has been on one for a while now, but he’s happy that at least he’s not going UP). Keep up the hard work and the good attitude!
I made myself walk three times last week which is good considering I hadn’t been doing anything for the last three months.
