This week was kinda crazy. See the post below about my eye. Anywhooooo.
This has been an interesting week. I have not exercised because of the previously mentioned eye injury.
I have, however, started a weight loss program through FreeLife called TAIslim 
My husband started this last Thursday and I started it on Saturday and have lost 2 pounds. I have also lost 1.5 inches off my waist and 1/2 inch off my neck in a week! Check out TAIslim, it has lots of science and research behind it and I highly recommend it for appetite control too. I haven’t been very hungry all week!

I was sorry to read about your eye problem in the previous post and am hoping it’s feeling better now. In answer to your big question above…no, I don’t use supplements. I know that some work, yet I’m in my lifestyle change for the long haul and know that I wouldn’t be using supplements forever.
With that being said, I put on .5 lb. this week and am determined to get back on track to my “eat less, move more program.”
