Well pepps, I had a better week this week. I must have lost most of what I gained last week and I am only up .4 from 2 weeks ago. After that week I had I am surprised it wasn’t worse!
I did pretty good with my goals, I worked on the Link & Balance concept, Kept my food journal up to date and kept within my meal plan! Woot! I am still really struggling with getting workouts in so that is going to be my PRIMARY focus this week. At least 15 minutes. I would rather do 60, but hey, baby steps.
I am attempting to lose 2 lbs. this week.
We have a busy weekend planned, with a lot of food choices out of my control but I am hoping to make good choices.

Last Weeks Goals
#1. Link & Balance Food – staying 1500 to 1900 calories, cutting carbs – (about 75% on this)
#2. Consistently Journal Food- 6 out of 7 days!
#3. Exercise 7x for 15 minutes minimum (Per Dr. orders) Poor!!! Only did this 1 day!
#4. Meal plan & stick with it. – Did pretty good with this. Didn’t eat out once because of laziness or lack of planning, we only ate out when it was scheduled because of obligations.
#5. Reduce Soda- Down to 3 sodas for the week & 2 of them were diet
#6. Reduce refined sugar – so, so. I am definitely thinking about it, but have HORRIBLE cravings for it too!

GREAT on the food journal! That is a HUGE step. So proud of you. And only three sodas!! Whoop!!! Get those gone and I'm telling you the refined sugar cravings will be better.
Let me say this…once I had the refined sugar out of my regular diet for over a week, the cravings truly disappeared. However, when I would eat sugar, I'd want more sugar. It's a VICIOUS cycle. Push hard through it and you will come out so much better on the other side.
