Whooo hoo! A 0.6 loss! That is exciting after several weeks of no change!
I had an interesting week. I have eaten almost every meal (except breakfast) out or at someone else home this week. I also am extremely dehydrated. Hubby and I spent all day Saturday and Sunday out in the sun and upper 90 degree heat volunteering at a food booth to raise money for Kiwanis. It was extremely busy and apparently we didn’t take good enough care of ourselves. We both were exhausted, but I got severely dehydrated. My lips are cracked and I have cracks and sores inside my nose and sinus cavity. I am not sure how I got so dehydrated, but I have been miserable. I am drinking so much water I am using the bathroom ever 10 to 20 minutes, applying chap stick so my very annoyingly painful lips and using a moisturizing nasal spray every hour. I have never been this dehydrated before and hope to never be again. It is completely miserable.
I did not do well on my other goal of food journaling. I did not journal one day. I downloaded an app to my cell phone that may help me keep track. I hope so!

I had lost a pound this week…then had a 5 Guys burger (with some fries)…that was a bad bad idea. Darn!
