
Our next two weeks will be busy! We will be working at the Sea Galley Booth at the Spokane County Fair. It is the primary fundraiser for the Kiwanis club that my husband and I are members of. If you are in Spokane, don’t forget to stop by and say hi (and get some seafood or chicken tenders)!
Monday:
Breakfasts: Cereal w/ milk
Lunches: Sandwiches or Left Overs
Dinner: At the in-laws, bringing brownies
To-Do: Take Chicken out of freezer, Make Tzatziki, take flat bread out of freezer
Tuesday:
Breakfasts: Cereal w/ milk
Lunches: H: Sandwich – M: leftovers
Dinner: Home Group Picnic – we are providing Hot Dogs & Brats, Buns & condiments for our group.
To Do: Marinate Chicken
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Cereal w/ milk
Lunches: Hubby: Sandwich, Me: out
Dinner:
Chicken Gyros with
Tzatziki Sauce ( I make different Tzatziki Sauce than the Chicken Recipe, and if you buy greek yogurt you typically don’t have to drain it.)
Thursday:
Breakfast: Cereal w/ milk
Lunches: H: Sandwich, Me: out with friends
Dinner: Chicken Sausages w/ onions & steamed veggies
Friday:
Breakfast: Cereal w/ milk
Lunches: Left Overs
Dinner: Out to eat before Church
To Do: Make Salad for the weekend
Saturday:
Breakfast: Cereal w/ milk
Lunch: It’s Fair Time! – Sea Galley Chicken w/ salad.
Dinner: Grilled chicken?
Sunday:
Breakfast: cereal w/ milk
Lunch: It’s Fair Time! – Sea Galley Chicken w/ salad.
Dinner: Out or people over – steaks
To-Do: Snacks for the week
