Well, after a week of really limited sugar, but still no exercise.. I have lost .2 lbs this week.

I did not do so hot last week with getting exercise in - little to none!
This week I want to accomplish 3 light cardio work outs at the gym and then 15 minutes of exercise the rest of the days. How about you? What are you doing?
