The first full week of January is gone. I am truly motivated to make 2012 my year to get to a healthy weight. My word for the year is Consistency. Easy

I found myself asking my husband this week… “why can’t one thing, just one thing in my life be easy??” He just chuckled and said, “you are not that lucky… life isn’t suppose to be easy”.

Work Out Wednesday ~ 04-20-11

I have not been working out because of my surgery.

I am not suppose to do anything strenuous for 12 weeks, which would be May 17th for those of you who are keeping track. Theoretically, I probably should be walking, thats not all that strenuous.
